1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item is in the same condition as received

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in specific cases, such as:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

If eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof

  • Our team will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Share images/videos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund accordingly

6. Return Shipping
